Chaga is an unusual species of mushroom found and used in Siberia and many parts of Asia for boosting immunity and other health benefits. Chaga may aid in lowering cholesterol and improve overall health. Due to its bitter compounds, it is not generally eaten fresh as many other fungi, but rather used in teas and coffees.

Ingredients: Organic Chaga Mushroom Powder (Inonotus obliquus) Also known by black mass, birch canker.

1 oz. Loose Herbs/Mushroom

Suggested Use: Add to soups, sauces, cooking, smoothies, baths, etc. Infuse in water or olive oil. For hot or cold tea, pour 8-12 oz of boiling water over 1-2tsp. of herbs. Steep 3-4 min.

Precaution: Due to an increased risk of bleeding, use with caution and medical supervision if you take antiplatelet or anticoagulant agents such as warfarin. May also increase the effects of hypoglycemic medications.
